We want to see our customers happy with our product and service. With our 30 day guarantee you have the option to feel and inspect the hair for yourself once it arrives. You have a 30 day guarantee, from the order date, on your hair that you purchase from indianhairimports.com. Refunds will only be issued for "tied" bundles. We will "NOT" issue refunds for hair where the golden ties have been cut.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the order date. All exchanges will have a $12.00 re-ship and handling fee applied.

All returns will have a $10 per pack restocking fee. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on". We will not accept any merchandise used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
